Peak Performance Yoga is the first 20o hour Yoga Alliance approved training with a focus on working with athletes. This training is designed to give the foundations of yoga that exceed yoga alliance standards. At the end of training you will feel comfortable teaching vinyasa and power yoga style classes to a variety of populations. You will learn teaching methodology, sequencing, anatomy, history, ethics, business practices and marketing among other things. There will be ample time for practice teaching so you can begin to hone your skills in front of a classroom. In addition to the foundation of any good teacher training program, we also focus on working with athletes of all levels.  From the weekend warrior to professional athlete you will learn the challenges of each sport and how you can help athletes find the best performance possible using the practices of yoga.
